1 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to the jali live platform (jalilive.ws) and all its associated services. References to "jali live", "we", or "our" refer to the operating entity of jalilive.ws. "User" or "you" refers to any individual, registered or not, who accesses the platform.

Jali live reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register on jali live, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must provide an active mobile number and a valid email address.
• Each individual may only register one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Your account is for personal use only — it may not be used on behalf of others or for commercial purposes.

Identity Verification (KYC)

To process withdrawals or deposits above a certain amount, Jali Live may require you to complete KYC verification. This may involve submitting a copy of your National ID or passport along with proof of address. All KYC information is stored with strict confidentiality.

Registering with false information may result in account termination at any time, in which case jali live will have no obligation to refund any remaining balance.

3 Age Restrictions & Minor Protection

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once, unless otherwise stated in the offer.
• Every bonus comes with wagering requirements — you must wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering requirements may also apply to winnings from bonuses.
• If multiple accounts are found to be used to claim bonus benefits, all associated accounts will be terminated.
• Bonus offers will be automatically voided upon expiry.

6 Gaming Rules & Fairness

Betting Rules

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a system error, jali live reserves the right to void it.
• Jali live is not responsible for any game losses resulting from internet disconnection.
• If an event is cancelled during live Sports Betting, the stake will be refunded.

Lottery

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jali Live. Any violation will result in immediate account termination, and deposited funds may be forfeited:

• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder illegal funds.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities to gain bonus benefits.
• Using Another Person's Account: Logging into or managing another person's account.
• Hacking or Cyberattacks: Any attempt to compromise the security of the platform.

8 Account Closure & Termination

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. The account will be permanently closed once all pending withdrawals have been processed.

Terminated by jali live

Jali live may suspend or terminate your account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• If financial fraud is suspected.
• KYC verification has not been completed.

For suspended accounts, the balance may be held until the investigation is complete. If you are cleared, your balance will be returned.

9 Limitation of Liability

Jali live makes every effort to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, jali live will not be held liable in the following situations:

• Losses caused by internet outages or technical issues on the part of third-party providers.
• If your account credentials (password, PIN) are disclosed to a third party.
• If an account is hacked and the user's negligence is found to be a contributing factor.
• Force majeure events — including natural disasters, government restrictions, cyberattacks, and similar circumstances.

10 Dispute Resolution & Contact

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact our support team first. We will do our best to resolve the issue within 72 hours.

• A ticket number will be issued once your complaint has been submitted.
• Complex cases may take up to 14 business days to review.
• If you are not satisfied with Jali Live's decision, you have the right to raise a complaint with the relevant legal authority in Bangladesh.
